Riding School Coordinator/Assistant Manager
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- EC Licensed Instructor or Competition Coach
- 3+ year experience teaching/working in a riding school. (registrations, customer support, implementing programs)
- Liaise with key stakeholders. (farrier, veterinarian, chiro etc)
- Current with the latest developments of EC programs (Rookie Riders, Learn to Ride)
- Experience using administrative software
- Attention to detail and a strong foundation of horse husbandry and stable management (feed, nutrition, basic equine first aid)
- Willing to work flexible hours including some weekends
- Excellent teamwork, time management and communication skills

Co-Operative Education Program
PHC has worked with many high school co-op programs to create opportunities for horse-lovers to learn more about the Equine industry while earning high school credits. Equine Management students looking to earn college and University Placement credits in an equestrian business can also work with PHC. Co-op opportunities for working students are available in both Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer semesters. Speak to your guidance councillor or Co-Op teacher to Contact Us for more information.
